Need Help With Server!

O.k i hav'nt hosted my own con server since 05, and im not as smart as most of you guys here on this forum but it seems that no one can see my server. i know this is a common problem some people have and i know its fixable, so i just would like to receive some help on how to fix this :) thanks!

    Are you using a router?

    Um, i dont know lol that or a Modem

    You probably need to forward your ports on your router. Find your router model number or whatever, and look up how to forward port 28000 online. Or, find your manual and see how to do it.
