There are actually 5 TC servers, 3 are run by Krash, 1 by Eyeshatonjoo, 1 by Retribution. The-Construct BC and TX fill up quickly like Eolk said. 00 is usually empty since it is a private server and Ret's The-Construct Vacation, I have seen to have several people on it at a time.
