no, that is a very common error, It is caused by deletion of the DSOs in the DO_NOT_DELETE folder.
to fix:
Find a replacement for the old DSO files, put them in the DO_NOT_DELETE folder, then set them as Read only
Then grab a better DSO remover, JTLDelDSO is one of the best.
And it doesn't matter what DSO remover you got. It actually depends if the DSO files are read-only. If a DSO is read-only, windows will simply skip the file.

Use the JTLdelDSO remover
To do that, just switch to the targeting laser, fire for a second, and switch back.
