This is a simple chat/event logger. Just drop it in autoexec/

Tell me if it has any bugs.

Edit: Fixed the voice chat logging issue I believe. I only tested it in ECM though.

    Nice, but theres some weird thing on The-Construct servers where there's blank lines every now and then.

    Yes, it picks up some wierd conversations too.
