TEWM - Technologically evolved warfare mod

Right now i am attempting to make a mod with tricon 2 elf along with a second mod T2RPG we need some help good scripters required and mod archtitecture developers this mod will not be based on CCM or TWM or ACCM it is a starter. The ideas i have for more realistic game play are as the followings -


1. Realistic gravity features for planets or (maps) and atomspheric pressure simulation

2. Realistic communication systems Satelite communication systems using a peice deployed which will be a sateilte module, then high up you delpoy a Geosynchronus satelite which will hang about 7000M on the map you have to delpoy this for communication other then basic 800M digital radio communication.

3. futuristic Weapons no real ideas yet


4. Quick build packs like tent/vehicle repair bay

5. these maps will have changing weather pattens( we mite be adding a weather station to the Hud which tells you the temprature of the planet
temprature will affect speed of vehicles how well they perform, and wind simulations will be in place to knock you around while in the air (which is why we need a PW - Personal weather station) Warning the Weather station is (CS - Clientside but it will be small)

6. Not sure of the enermys right now but we need brain storming ideas (Not zombies we can not call them that) (this is not based of CCM understand?)


7. Possible mechs for a vehicle and 2 kinds of jeeps, large heavy gun ship,
Heavy artillary fired every 40minutes to fire again. Beacon used to make players location so the AI can pin point your location so it doesn't fire on you.......
(more vehicles will come as i i get more ideas)


8. A good ranking system being developed hopefully with others help we can make this mod as bug free as possible i mite be making a new GUI (do not know)

9. Weather can be changed apon a command and the fog can be changed with a command like so,/fog (Density) (Height) (Colour)


10. hopefully we will make this mod as user friendly as possible with Ethical issues being considered if possible i'd like someone to develop a anti hacking system for the mod.(modding is okay with developers permission

11. there will be punishments for players doing infringements (Admin will be considered for there neutralness and maturity) Super admins have great respondiblity they can not Ban a player with out a reason but you can kick if a player continues to be abusing,spamming,and attacking another player(you abuse it you lose it this goes for all Admins and Superadmins)

All help from Scripters (professional) if possible or people that have ideas and can implament them

    Weapons:


    LLR1 - LLR3 - (Light Laser ram) carrys 6 shots designed to take down heavy vehicles including takes and heavy armoured APC's

    RT32 - energy beam using highly charged Plasma particles condensed into a thin beam perfect for sniping your pray (20 fuel cells) each shot takes 3 cells

    XLVMC65 - (extreme Light Vulcan mechine gun) 500 shots designed for heavy Mechenised armour (basic ballistic shells)

    Support

    Purebuild (as you would expect)






    Interchangable weapons on vehicles - not sure as of yet




    Possible radation simulation after nuclear strike limit 1 nuke per round


    Armour Addon or AA will be required to protect you from radation (radation dampener)
