I Found a Mystery Script in My SI Client O.o

While I was typing an IRC error came up that removed my cursor focus from the chat box. This popped up:

It seems to be nonfunctional. It didn't accept inputs and even the 'About' button did nothing. Any ideas? O.o

It's a little teleport script. I think one of the Function buttons do it. Basically, you click "Add Location" where you want to return to frequently, then cycle through the locations and click "Go to Location."

It's a little odd, but a nifty little trick.
