Halo: Reach New Forge vs. Metallic

Will Halo: Reach new forge mode be equal, better, or worse than metallic when you figure in the halo features too? I'm interested to see what you all think about this improved forge vs. metallic (old forge failed miserably).
EDIT: They have triangle pieces.

    I don't think there will ever be a game that you compare to tribes and especially not tribes construction.

    having said that, forge multiplayer looks like it could be a lot of fun, but it will never replace con <3

    I agree in that it will never replace tribes 2 construction but its combat is so much better that some might consider playing it just to have the halo quality of combat throughout their custom buildings even though the buildings are worse than tribes 2 buildings. Graphics play a small part here as well.

    Woo! Reach is almost here! I hope it's better than that cluster fuck known as Halo 3. I also hope Reach will be more like Halo 2.

    The first thing I'm going to do when I get it is go to that forge world map and do donuts in a rocket warthog. :D

    You may *only* flip it after I drive it off a cliff, blow myself up, then become very dizzy from doing 6,387 donuts in a futuristic jeep with a turret mounted on the backside that's filled with high explosives.

    After that, you may flip it, spawn a wall on it, and make smores then sing kumbaya around the burning wreck. I'll likely be doing back flips in a banshee or shooting someone during that time anyway. :p
