Crytek releases CryEngine3 SDK for FREE

In a rather striking news it's revealed that Crytek has released their SDK for fucking free, of course for non commercial use and who knows what other kind of strange limitations and whatnots, but still we all agree that Cryengine3 is bloody beautiful (think Crysis2) and this is actually a very good oportunity for the wannabe game maker.

Me personally?, I'd LOVE to see someone from TC grab this and make something nice with it.
