Thanks

You guys probably don't remember me well, hell I probably was a huge annoyance back then, being in my pre-puberty age. But I just wanted to say that I looked up to all of you. Eehk, Meza, Deathborn especially, you guys really did help shape me a lot to what I am now, I always wanted to be like you guys and create something new and exciting.

So I just wanted to gush to you guys for a few minutes and all. Thanks for all the memories guys, thanks for being there for me.

  • Im touched, and no, you were not that annoying.
  • I remember you, I liked some of the crazy stuff you used to build haha.
  • Yeah, I'm also grateful for you all being part of a special time in gaming history full of lore, stories, ups and downs, everytime I look at the T2 icon in my shortcuts I smile a little, it's sad the era sort of died, but the spirit of construction is not letting minor things like a decade push you away from finishing that damn bar/zombie fortress

Also.. what ever happened to blnukem?
  • Blnukem will be missed.. for now.
  • I was hands down the biggest pest of the Construct community. :D

Funnily enough I dont remember seeing any of that...

  • ok.. anyway.. since it's all over I always wanted to say this.........

don't take it the wrong way but...

I don't think deathborn was born dead

    :tinfoil:

I know, make of it what you wish, I'll just keep evading interpol if you don't mind, you've all been the sweetest trip a lost soul could have asked for
  • I'm quite skeptical on the idea that DS=DragonStalker actually managed to stalk any dragons, given their fictional nature.
  • Combo breaker, I'm really human.

Nah. Hands down I was the biggest annoyance of this community. I was 11 when I joined the Construct. I just changed my password , it was "12345" (No Joke).

    Lies! :tinfoil:
I was 11 when I joined the Construct.

Now that you mention it, you'd actually be surprised how many people joined the community when they were around 11 or 12 (or even younger in some cases), all the way throughout the years it has been around. Of course, the ones that joined furthest back are now in their mid-20s, and a good few of them are programmers or engineers or time-traveling ninja assassins from mars now.
  • 20 this year and I'm about to graduate from time-travel college.
  • I was 12 when I first heard about con mod, I was dazzled by the possibility of building whatever you wanted, sadly it wasn't until I was about 15 that I could actually play it when they started giving away free T2 cd keys, I joined this community at age 18, and now I'm 24, which means I have some good 10 years experience building stuff in games, which is kind of cool because it's 10 years of experience!
