I accidentally found a way to crash the server.
Basically, don't use a Vehicle Pack while you're using /hover.

Was this bug known?

I once crashed the server by hovering while in a vehicle.
Then, I made someone mad by using an admin-only function on them... which wasn't admin only! ZOMG!!!

Then, uhh... I did some... other thing...

And, krash, you apparently didn't know if you didn't fix it. :P
