Hasn't your own country been known to hold territory around the globe for hundreds of years?
  • That was different, we were an empire....i havnt heard of the USA empire....have you?
  • Sure I have. Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Panama Canal Zone, Panama. Kingman Reef. Palmrya Atoll. Jarvis Island. Navassa. Puerto Rico. US Virgin Islands. American Samoa. Johnson Atoll. Howland Island. Baker Island. Wake Island. Guam. Midway Atoll. Northern Mariana Islands. Those are just the recent examples.
  • I've heard it too, but I'm too lazy to list what we own...
  • You own the biggest 4x4's ive ever seen ill tell ya that
  • Lol, my first thought before clicking the link was "lol, rickroll" and I was right :D
  • No...you werent >_>
  • America is an Empire of sorts. By that i mean, that although America has military bases in Germany, and England (plus a shit loads of other countries) they also ahve missiles bases in Turkey. They don't control (In most cases don't appear to control) the host nations. The US built those to help/protect said countries in the surrogate wars being played during the cold war (or by the hosts permission for a strategic missile battery in the event of a hot war with the CCCP).

None of this should come as a surprise to you all, since it was a reason for the CCCP trying to build a missile battery on Cuba, to level the playing field.
  • Why the hell can i see commache squads going past my window
    (no lie)
