is there a way that i can make it so that i can see what everyone says through the Dedicated Server Box?

$Host::MessageToConsol = 1; on Metallic.

i just add that to the prefs.cs file?
oh and sometimes when i make changes to that file
the changes dont stay...

It overwrites with settings off the server often, so once you make a change in the file run it through the server with reload("prefs/serverprefs.cs");
Also, make sure you don't have a dso of the serverprefs file.

i didnt want to start a new thread so ill just post my question here...
if my browser doesnt work... is there a way to fix it?
