Trying to HOST a SI mod Server

I want to host a SI Construction Mod server. I have downloaded the client but I am guessing there is a "SERVER" I need so I have look around but as complicated this forum is, I dont see it. I need alittle help getting started..

Never mind I found a construction mod 0.70, although its not the most up to date one. 0.70 or something
