I'm a half to agree with krash on this one. And i've seen ever episode in relation to star trek ever made... I mean "for god sakes man" wheres your hypo spray and canisters? And you call your self a doctor. Let alone your pulse phaser rifles and that vulcan death pinch was 2 meters higher than the actual pressure point. You must a paid that guy off in that scene. But kudos for trying.
