Unhandled Exception problems

well, I've been trying to host for a while now, I even tried it on a clean install

But it gets to some point and the Unhandled exception message comes up, and it crashes me to the desktop when I press OK.

I've had these problems before, but not on a CLEAN, FRESH INSTALL OF TRIBES 2

if i try a dedicated server, it has the same problem]

it never used to do this before I installed MCaffee.... but that shouldn't be causing problems...

whats going on?

I got UEs twice on BC the other day, i aint got MCafee or w/e and it just randomly happened, oh wells, it doesnt it do it anymore so....

That's why you use PC-Cillin. PC-cillin is a better firewall and costs less. You just got gypped.
