Pro-builders: A Contest
Hello builders of the Construction Community. I am issuing you all a challenge.
Whoever can build the most creative, and ingenuitive building using good design, and color schemes will get exclusive rights to a server side map of mine for thier own server/mod. I will Judge not only on how unique the idea is, but also the deisgn, layout, and skill level put into the building.
For those interested in participating, put in your entries as replies. 1 Post per person, as many screens as you like (more screen angles, the better). I will judge any entries in this thread by 15 April, 2008. Whoever is the winner of the contest will recieve an email with the map attached, (or a link to the map download).
I will be scoring on a 1-10 point scale, 10 being the best. 5 Catagories will recieve a score, and the final score will be averaged from that.
(1-10)-Unique design
(1-10)-Creative use of Props (Crates, interior)
(1-10)-Color usage
(1-10)-Detail
(1-10)-Function (Not meaning it is automated, meaning what purpose does the building serve..i.e Carrier ship, not just a ship with lots of crates. Or Prison facility, not just a building with cool walls"
=Total Score
When april 15th comes around, I will judge each entry, and make a edit to this thread with results.
the Map is new, serverside, and sure to be a great construction map. a great addition to any server rotation. And an authentic Map by a old time mapper, customized with your name in credits, and location of the secret facilites on it.
When posting an entry, include:
Building name
Layout and function of the building
Email address (Or form of contact)
Server that was built on
Mod that was used
(Also, if anyone wants to help with the Spawnsphere issues, they can also be a Co-Judge. Judges are excluded from the contest though.)

This is My Tank Battle Sim. Its name is Henry.
Two people stand in front of great screens and control the tanks on the orb of pure concentrated energy, focused using the highest technology the gaming world has ever known.
Not only does the video game take place on screen, but in the real world as well. THIS, is the future of gaming.....
Or not, it was still fun to build!
The speakers are connected to tubes which are connected to a backpack -the amplifier- on one side, and a battery on the other. You will notice two half circles of tubes running parallel to each other, with the side closest to the speaker having the battery right in the middle. These four batteries, one for each speaker, allow it so if a power outtage were to occur, sound would be intact. You will most likely notice batteries near the screens and orb as well. Not only that, but the joysticks are also connected directly to the batteries for the same reason as above.
On Krash's server, [email protected] The two blocks right underneath the cockpit are used to line the player up to teleport into their gaming position. Otherwise it's pretty self explanatory.

1) Input hidehudhack(0); into the console then replace 0 with 1 to restore
2) Throw away your weapon
3) use the first largest zoom

They are called "My computer and piano reuploaded".
Umm, not that I doubt that you can do that, but only Foocumber can make that on 2 counts. One, those were made in Moocon, which is sadly forgotten these days. Two, I've seen those two masterpieces before Foo contributed to the forums with pics of them when Foo was still publicly hosting his mod.
I'm aware that you could've just said that those were yours just as a humorous joke. And, honestly, I chuckled when I saw what the link lead to.
But please, for the sake of keeping the contest on topic and to keep the judge(s) from getting confused, don't post anything that isn't yours. No matter how obvious it is that whatever it is isn't yours.

Name: N-157 Asteroid Mining Facility
Function: These mining facilities drill for ancient deposits of elements formed billions of years ago. They were designed to be able to fit on most asteroids, and withstand extreme conditions. Once an asteroid ran out of resources, they could be transported to a new asteroid.
