The secret to this is ROSEMARY. Yes, the spice. It has a lesser effect of weed (about 1/2 the highness-getting of weed). Being a household spice, it isn't illegal, and still gets you high, although there is a certain way to smoke it that you have to know. If enough people want me to tell you guys, i happily will.
Why would I want to smoke something not as good as weed? And since when did the fact that weed is illegal stop me from trying and succeeding to aquire some?
