  • Hey guys, i'm not really too sure if it's my client or just a glitch in the server for only me (if it's my client, it should be fixed tomarrow.), but on horde mode, whenever I reach 150 exp and says I've been promoted to Gunnery Private, my exp just goes right back to 142-143. :eek:
    It's really getting annoying, 1. Because everytime the message comes up (about every minute), my client lags a little; and 2. Because I've been promoted to Gunnery Private like 15 billion times.
    PLZ HELP!!!! :confused:

    Check with Castiger on that. The system runs on constant updates when you make a successful kill.

    This system has been tested from start (0XP) to the final rank without any trouble on a 2.8 Server. The exact same system has been in the mod since.

    if the value stays the same throughout, then its balanced, think about it :p

    The new horde EXP system was built to balance out kill stealing. It is an algorithm based on the current wave, and the amount of players in the server.

    The more players, the less the exp award per wave, so, I think it is perfectly balanced.
