Ban Request

Hello,
I am tired of Zephyr Zen. I am requesting a ban request.
From what I recall, he was close to receiving a ban not too long ago:
2009/06/16 21:10.59 Thyth: I'll ban you on sight, and if you return...
2009/06/16 21:11.06 Thyth: I will ban your entire class B subnet.

Zephyr Zen is just an annoyance to this community. All he does is cause problems. That is why I am requesting a ban against him. I have exhibits from tonight that are examples of why he should be banned.

And then I was kicked.
I am sure many of us would like a ban on Zephyr Zen.
There is a ton of more exhibits on his "I'am Tired of the Rudeness" thread.
And please people, do not get off topic on this one, and please don't post random funny pictures that have nothing to do with this situation.
I will post the original screen shots at request.

    If you don't behave, you will be banned off TC!!
    I was temporary banned from TC because I spammed 4KM LSB's when no one but Krash was online on one of my first days on. I was unbanned because I wouldn't stop bitching at them to unban me.

    That first part makes sense.

    That second part seems highly illogical. It's like saying you won a case where you were charged with assault with a deadly weapon by threatening the Judge with a crowbar.

    I think the powers that be deemed the whole thing insignificant and eventually unlocked the ban.

    1. Only Krash and I were online. Krash was AFK (Summer of '06)
    2. I spammed 4km LSB's on the vehicle pad
    3. I was banned
    4. Next day, tried to log on, I was still banned
    5. I find a friend to keep asking them to unban me
    6. I am unbanned
    End of story. The proof was recently deleted by either Krash or Shane.

    this is kind of ridiculous if you ask me, true he can be an ass at times, but instead of going for a full-community ban (which as pointed out, has never been done), you should instead bring this issue up with krash.
