Somthing similar happend to us a few years ago. We kicked someone before, he hated him. The kick succeeded. But later, his FRIEND was gonna get kicked, he spammed so similar in the images, nothing happend. He said "Sorry." but the text said "Your kick failed."

I was confused how it happend. I think he wrote some kind of clientside that the host downloaded of whatever server that gives him administrative rights and editing rights. AKA, a virus uploaded to whatever server. He could have programmed an app. Somthing similar to Remote Assistant. but for tribes editor. He could then edit a command, to quietly cancel a vote. Sadly, my friend the host had to wipe the server and ban his GUID. All evidence lost.
