Have you double-checked to make sure any software firefall isn't blocking any incoming/outgoing connections on those ports and verified that you've got your static IP set up properly?
You'll want to get someone to help you test it by attempting to join the game with the console command
joinGame("ip:port");
And attempting to manually add it to the server list by pressing insert on the server query page.
Bah 360's Suck shit i mean ok they are ok for graphics but they cant support 1080P HD HDMI Connection PS3 Rule's. Xbox 360's tend to overheat and plus Microsoft Sucks Vista was disapointing and if they are going to make anything better then windows 7 or Vista they really needs to work on that they need to start thinking out side the box []
And a Xbox 360 will crap its self if the Mother board goes or the Graphics system anything like that goes (Ring of DEATH) Red flashing light on the Xbox wont start up f***ed

Only reason I hate playstation 3 is because its controls are shit, and they cant play other players that are on the computer, like Microsoft made happen for live users.
Thus PS3 (Playstation itself) fails. But thats my opinion.
