Hey Guys, This has been Happoning to me for a While.
I cant post on the Fourms anymore Because I keep getting This:

1.Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 20 seconds.

The Only way to get around it is to Make another Account.

Can Someone Shine Some Light?

This appears to be from that bug that made the post year 2106, cause Alviss had to make a new account too.

the timer may be on the slow side, i find that refreshing after posting tends to help a ton
