SI Broken?

Well, Tried to log into Tribes in the Past week, Only to find that my SI is Broken,
Ive tried a few things, and Ive run out of Ideas.

Already Done;
DLed Auto Updater, Installed to Base/Construction
Re-DLed SI, Installed to Base/Construction
Blew up Multiple Times.

So, Any help will be Greatly... helpful.
