If it was back on Plut's server - which I'm assuming it was - the server went down because he didn't have any clients after splitting off from his partner, so he was down about $250/m for the server and didn't have the cash to pay for the month last paycheck.
However, this time a backup was made because he knew it was going to be down.
We could host it on this server if they needed it.
is that really how much it costs to host a server 0_o
Not if you're going for something low-budget for your own usage, you could probably grab something for $75 to $150/m and be fine. Or if you're really short on cash you probably wouldn't bother getting a whole server for yourself...
For a high end dual-core xeon server with a 1000mbps uplink intended to host a pile of client's websites and gameservers it's a different story.
