Video Card Problem.

Uh, hey guys, I wanted to see if anyone could help me with this problem I've been having with my video card.

On some 3D games (mainly "new" ones) I get some weird problem with the shaders.
Some models have a white glow around them, that feels totally out of place.
It happened to me while playing CoD4 (Almost made me not enjoy the game ): ), Spore, Half Life 2 and now it's happening while playing Oblivion.
Can anyone see the screenshot and tell me if they know what's wrong?

I have an Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS, tried reinstalling them drivers to no avail.

I think hes talking about the white outlines on the characters. If it didn't happen before, you might have a hardware problem.

It happens to me in my torrented G-MOD. Everything has a white outline when it is lit by a light other than the sun. Let me take some screenies...

Edit:

You can barely notice it off of Barney's shoulders (The guy on the left), and it's pretty noticeable on Kleiner (The guy on the right). I'm not really sure if it's supposed to do that anyway. But it might be from the light in the backround..
