  • You and I both.
This is gonna be the last time I point this out to you, but you haven't been setting an example any different from the people you troll.
  • Purple, might I advise you begin typing in proper English? It would make things far easier for those who would attempt to assist you.
  • Purp, if you ever want help, like explaining what a certain funcion does, asking if a statement will work. Just PM me, i'd be more than happy to help a new scripter.
  • teach mai? =D

my experience with you is, you talk to much and don't listen enough.

Although, if you want to send me some questions, i'll answer them.
  • I thank you for thy honesty.
  • not the packs in genral but i personaly dont think they can call it theres since there is still a 50/50 amount of stuff that u just changedwhat it does so :p

The code for the merge tool, chat commands, editor tool, logic packs, door packs, and texture changer tools are written completely from scratch, not pieced together from code existing in original t2 construction or t2 base.

We claim no ownership to the tribes 2 construction mod itself, or to the tribes 2 game; we claim ownership of the scripts we have written from scratch, one line at a time. 100% of the amount of stuff in those tools are ours, we didn't change what it does, we created it from nothing.

In case you wonder about names like "ECM", elec doesn't claim ownership to tribes 2, or tribes 2 construction. he claims ownership to the compilation of various construction related scripts. A compilation that he created himself, with many of the scripts he created themselves.

While on the surface a construction tool looks like a shocklance, it contains 90+% original code, and only borrow the shape of the shocklance because that's all it was available.

  • i have a question i got some scripts put them on a word document i start and dosent work any help :( ant thank you Alviss i will
  • It's better if you use a notepad, as word pads dont work at all, (from my experiences).
  • I use Notepad, though, when looking for Syntax errors by line, I use Notepad++.
  • ok if u laugh at this idc anymore but how do u create a notepad i didnt see it when in the new files
  • Start -> all programs -> Accessories -> Notepad
  • o i save it into local disk c/dinamix/t2/gamadata/base/scripts/wepons?
  • Yeah, but, you have to tell the game to execute it in weapons.cs.
  • english please not computer language
  • That's actually not computer language. Computer language has some pretty complex stuff computer programmers made up just to make them sound like they know what they're doing.

Anyway, weapons.cs? In your scripts folder?

Execute... exec() stands for Execute. Use a dictionary. :D
  • I know what execute means eolk means to take out, remove stuff like that and ok ill look
  • Blunkem I did not know you had a part in triumph your flame mortar ;)
  • Omg I added Blunkem's Flame Mortar to my wepons/scripts folder then added it to wepons.cs this but it didn't work :( is there a way i could post my wepon.cs files? cause i have this felling that I missed something but i couldnt find it. Help please
  • Execute means to activate the script.

You could upload your weapons.cs by clicking on the "manage Attachments" tab.
  • Mannage attachments on website or on Wepon.cs?
  • Blunkem I did not know you had a part in triumph your flame mortar ;)

    Um... What?
  • Duck, when you go to post something, look for "Manage Attatchments", then put your weapons.cs in it and upload it.
  • Is this it its at bottom if it is flame mortar num 18
