I didnt get a chance to complete the invo stations because i had no other items to test with, so im working on introducing new items, then ill get the stations working, then update.
seems that inventory stations on stronghold dont work, no power... have you made a script to make map invs self powered? i cant really host a dm gamw with no loadouts... so perhaps allow us to spawn with a weapon set up too? just like t2 really...
also, heres a screen for some of you deciding wether or not to play, its a bit like t2 only the weather owns and the texture sizes are larger
everything is pretty much in progress, hopefully because of the way the gui is layed on, you can just customise it through editing the base files, since they are just png's
with that said, i hope that IF there is an anti-cheat it wont beat down on custom gui's ect
Yes, well i hadn't had a chance to work the kinks out of the invo stations because i've been busy. When i was about to slaughter the problem, the pressing issue of not being able to play online made me loose my hard-on. It's gunna pay for that.
Ill get on that tomorrow at 4 PM PST, and then im gunna get that master server up, hopefully get a volunteer to run a server (Signal never came online last time. :'( ) so i can test the QuerySingleServer(IP:PORT) function and either; completely rewrite the master server program, or put the finishing touches on it, depending on how the tests go.
So, progress update, work for Monday -> until it's done
- Finish writing Master Server: Backend - Clientend
- Commit; Update for you guys (0.0.25)
- Add a few more items, hopefully work the kinks out of the backpack image code
- Finish inventory stations, and fix whatever power bug Deathborn says hes having.
- Commit; Update for you guys (0.0.26). Finish Milestone 2.
- Start Milestone 3. Rudimentary content..
- Receive cookies from patiently awaiting peoples.
